Appointments are
required to view apartments. |

Good Credit is Required - To qualify, each application
will be reviewed on the basis of credit, verifiable income,
and rental history. |

Gross monthly combined income for the entire household
must equal at least 3 times the monthly rent for the unit
the applicants are applying for. |

No Co-Signors are accepted. |

5. |
All income must be verified – proof can be in the form
of two current paycheck stubs, income tax records or bank
statements. |

Applications are required for everyone 18 years of age or
older, and must be filled out completely, signed and dated. |

A photo I.D. must be shown for each applicant. |

8. |
A refundable Security Deposit of $600.00 for Kirkwood I
apartments or $900.00 for Kirkwood II apartments must be
paid by cashiers check or money order to hold apartment.
Cash is not accepted. |

9. |
Rental Agreements are on a month-to-month basis.
Residents must give a written 30 day notice to vacate. |

10. |
Rent is pro-rated from move-in-date. |
|
11. |
No Pets are allowed. |
